City Tours depart Waverley Bridge at frequent intervals between the following hours
Easter - June: 0930 - 1745
September - October: 0930 - 1745

Nov - Feb: 0930 - 1600
Additional information
Please note that as a working royal palace, the Palace of Holyroodhouse is closed to the public during the following royal visits to Edinburgh:
10 - 22 May
31 May - 6 June
24 June - 6 July
During these periods, the Royal Edinburgh Ticket can still be purchased and entry to other attractions is not affected. Tickets are non refundable.
Also Edinburgh Castle is FREE to the public on 12th and 13th April and on St Andrews' Day (30th November).
